The mixing blades revolve in opposite direction to sweep the entire circumference of the vessel as well as rotate around its own axis. Intimate mixing is achieved in short intervals. The mixing elements are raised vertically by a electric or hydraulic lifting or lowering arrangement. The vessel can be removed and next batch can be kept ready for processing. Mixing elements can be cleaned completely with vessel removed or by rotating the blades in the vessel loaded with solvent.A high speed emulsifier is provided in the centre for thorough mixing of the mass. The pan is stationery inside which rotate heavy duty mullers / rollers. The heavy wide rollers ride over the material where intensive crushing, shearing and mixing action takes place. CONSTRUCTION Sigma Kneaders comprises of a double ~U~ shaped container welded and machined together inside which rotate two ~Z~ shaped Sigma Blades in opposite directions at 2 different RPM i.e. 30 / 60 RPM. The clearance between the blades and the walls of the container are kept to the minimum to ensure maximum efficiency in the Kneading and Mixing action. CONSTRUCTION The Micro Pulverizer is lined with serrated liner on the top and perforated screen at the bottom and consists of hopper, chrome steel plate screw, chrome steel plated rotor, shaft with rotor fitted with hardened steel beaters, mounted on two heavy duty ball bearings, variable speed pulley, V-Belts, cotton bag, balloon and a set of 3 sieves. The entire machine is mounted on a common steel structure and is complete with 440/3/50 cycles totally enclosed electricals.
