Rapid Mixer Granulator is designed to achieve excellent mixing and consistent granules at lower operating cost along with higher productivity. Better mixing and closed control of granule size leads to faster tableting speeds with improved quality and least rejections.

SALIENT FEATURES

A high-speed granulator is inserted horizontally through wall of bowl to assist blending of powder and to break the product to the granules of required size.
The seal housing and drive shaft may be flushed with cleaning water, which is then drainedaway from the machine through built in drain tubes.
Granulator motor is provided with a removable stainless steel shroud which covers themotor and simplify cleaning.
All moving parts of the machine are totally enclosed to eliminate accident.
The machine can not be started unless and until the mixer cover is properly closed.
All contact parts are made out of SS304. SS316 provided on demand on extra cost.
Flush wall type discharge valve eliminates pockets at the port of discharge valve.

» Communiting Mill

Unit consists of S.S. 304 quality hopper, feed throat and processing chamber (can be provided in SS 316 quality at extra cost) with beaters assembly, heavy duty motor, starter with overload relay, three speed step pulley, suitable screen, SS cladded base having tabular legs with castors, optional jacket for the feed throat and processing chamber for cooling / heating.

SALIENT FEATURES

GMP point of view machine is provided with SS cladding on base, SS belt guards, SS cover on motor & starter. No exposed painted surface of the machine. Motor rails, screw and guide rods are chrome plated.
Beaters assembly bearing are in a separate pillow blocks for ease in maintenance.
Very less down time as only beaters assembly will have to be reversed (and not the complete chamber) for making it knife to impact forward or vice-versa which can be done by single operator.
Fixed beaters assembly is provided as a standard supply which increases the output by 10 to 30 %, reduces noise level and is easy to clean as there are no cavities. (If product demands, swing beaters assembly can be provided.)
Beaters are stainless steel quality and fitted on a splinted shaft.Transmission of heat to the chamber from the bearings is minimum as there are away in separated pillow blocks. This facilitates to some extent in processing of heat sensitive product.
Beaters assembly is dynamically balanced which reduces vibration and noise level and increases bearing life.
Castors provided for mobility and brakes can be applied for fixing machine at one place.Machine is available in Plain & Water Jacketed model.

Capacities available from 50 to 500 kgs / hr.
